Itch Scratched!

The Bresser Messier 152mm scope arrived in good order this afternoon! The set came in two boxes - one for the scope and the other the mount. Along with those were the lenses, prism and viewfinder. So, after the afternoon class, I spend some time to set the equipment up and it looks very good! The first light experience when I first pointed the scope to the hills in the distance and the town center seen from the window of my room was excellent. :-)

Nonetheless, everything and the scope worked flawlessly! They provided 3 lenses (10mm, 15mm and 25mm), a 2x Barlow and a mini red flashlight. They are very generous! When the weather permits and when the skies are clear, I should be able to use this new member of the family to grab sight of sister Moon and the grand Jupiter and her moons.
