On The Way!

Yeeesss! It's confirmed! My C80ED-RGT telescope is arriving at my doorsteps on Monday, 18th September! Finally, my telescope will get to see the light of day... eerrr... stars of night? :-)

I have also decided to get the Orion Star Shoot CCD imaging camera for astrophotography. Hopefully I can put up some real shots here of the known universe it the weeks ahead! If anything, at least I get to see Jupiter and Saggitarius going off as it gets taken over by Orion which made a comeback this early morning as I was going to the Brothers' Quarters at St Pat's to celebrate their Morning Mass.

It was a pleasant surprise to catch hold of that constellation this morning as it was away for quite a while Saggitarius and Jupiter took centrestage the past months. Orion escorted me on my walk to St Pat's as it was directly overhead in the sky.

So, star gazing party, here we come!
